I have a relay machine in the office that is CONSTANTLY breaking down. It hasn't worked for more than one day a week since I have had it installed.
The worst part is it's only 4 months old.
It has ran about 150 pages of paper through it and that is mostly because the technicians have been here at least once every six weeks running paper through it to get it to work. At this point I want to start a class action lawsuit against them for knowing this equipment is faulty!

Very bad company. Horrible customer service.
I just paid 2800 to get out of this contract. I returned their machine early because it broke and didn't work so often. I opted to just get a $30 postage meter off Amazon. When my previous contract was about to expire, they called and emailed me multiple times and pressured me to sign a new 3-year contract.
That was the only time I was able to talk to an actual American. It was when they were pounding me to sign a new contract.
Slimy company - don't do business with them. The only website with any good reviews seemed like it was operated by Pitney Bowes itself.

Frustrated over lack of ability to get help by a real person
I have tried to contact a real person at Pitney Bowes for days and am not getting anywhere. The phone number they have listed 844-256-**** only has a robot and none of the options offer support by a real person. You can't even ask your own question in the chat.

Signed up for service. Canceled within a couple days. Still getting charged $17.99 a month
Was a total pain to actually get through. They refunded me initially.
But after assuring me account was canceled ive been getting charged 17.99 a month for service Ive not used.
THEY WILL NOT CANCEL AND WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOUR CARD. DON'T USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOREVER!!

I make it a point to tell every client and every colleague I see or speak with about my experience with Pitney Bowes. Some of them have had similar problems with your company and share my feelings and opinion. Others have now been made aware of your questionable billing practices.
Could not have been worse than it was.
I have owned my law firm for more than 50 years and have had to deal with enumerable vendors but never with one so impossible to contact and frustrating. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
You were authorized to pay my bills by charging my VISA credit card but chose to do so at a time when they would be past due and incur late charges.
I authorized you to pay YOUR charges YOU choose the date. Your practice is despicable.
Nothing would please me more than to have nothing further to do with Pitney Bowes. How do I terminate this God-awful relationship?
Shipment not received
Didnt receive my shipment for tracking no.920019****842230****312140 was never delivered to me but merchant says it was , maybe you took it somewhere else but thats not on me. Thats on you. Please let me know.

I have called every single number I could find on the web to speak with a LIVE HUMAN, and still have not been able to speak with anyone!!! Pitney Bowes, you are supposed to be there for the customers, we are not here for you!!!

Terrible customer support
I'm a lawyer in California and my staff have tried contacting Pitney Bowes to speak with a live customer service representative due to the fact that we are unable to load postage on our meter after several attempts over the past few days. However, every time we call the customer service number it just gives you an automated representative that wants you to go online to ask your question which when we do does not have the answer to our problem and you are unable to speak with a live customer service rep.
Terrible business support. Unbelievable that this company stays in business.

CANT CANCEL OUR SERVICE AFTER SELLING BUSINESS / CLOSING
We have been trying to cancel our service for three months because we closed the business, but you all do not seem to want or allow us to cancel service and keep billing even after we have a confirmation that we have canceled out business with Pitney Bowes!

Bad company
They have had my package since dec 3. It's sitting in Cali somewhere.
Can't get ahold of anybody. All the numbers they have to call are spam numbers. The chat they have tells you to get ahold of usps, they don't have it. It's an overall crap company.
They lose your packages and you can't get ahold of anybody. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
